If your team doesn&#039;t have a certain sense of your presence / leadership then you may not really be leading. Oh! &amp; thanks for highlighting the importance of giving enough room to your team to employ their skills and creativity, to do things their way... thanks Elsie! </description>

		<description>I like that you stick around and support the guys you are raising up.  If you are there  and they came unstuck then you can help and endorse. A good leader multiplies himself. Of course no one will be exactly like you because they bring their own talents and abilities to the table. </description>
